APPARATUS FOR ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING CHOCKS OF ROLLING ROLL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for assembling and disassembling chocks of rolling roll is provided to prevent damage of the chocks and delay of working time by preventing rotation due to center of gravity during disassembling and preventing swing of the chocks during assembling, thereby promptly centering the rolling roll and chocks. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for assembling and disassembling chocks of rolling roll comprises a moving means which is installed at both sides of a resting stand and consisted of a moving base(13) moving along a guide rail as a cylinder is being driven; a pair of air tubes which are adhered onto the bottom of the moving base(13) to buffer impact force acted onto the moving base(13); a horizon confirmation part which is installed on the front surface of the moving base(13) to confirm the horizontal state of the moving base(13); a pair of chock resting plates(20) which are supported by side surface support shafts(22) and front and rear surface support shafts(23) that are elastically installed on the upper surface of the moving base(13) by springs(21); a chock moving means comprising a plural rotation rolls(34) which are gear connected to a rotation shaft(32) rotated by a driving motor(31) to move the chocks, the driving motor(31) is installed at the chock resting plates(20); and a position correction means(30) comprising side surface support arms(41) supporting the side surface of the chocks and front and rear surface support arms(42) which are hinge connected to the center of each corners of the chock resting plates(20) with the side surface support arms(41) and the front and rear surface support arms(42) being rotated in the state that the side surface support arms(41) and the front and rear surface support arms(42) are contacted with descent plates(22a,23a) of the side surface support shafts(22) and the front and rear surface support shafts(23) that are moved as the chock resting plates(20) are being descended.
