PURPOSE: A system for managing contents based on a network is provided to secure a realization with respect to a writing activity by receiving various kinds of contents from a plurality of PCPs(Personal Contents Providers), storing the contents in a database, receiving a cost in accordance with using the contents from on-line users, and supplying a profit of a usage of the contents for a corresponding PCP. CONSTITUTION: A network communication network(100) connects a communication line among a plurality of PCP computers(200), a plurality of user computers(300), and a server computer(400), and makes a data communication with respect to a registration and a usage of contents be performed. The PCP computers(200) progresses a communication connection to the server computer(400) which supplies a contents operation service through the network communication network(100) in accordance with an operation of the PCP who possesses or creates specific contents, and progresses a log-in process or a new member registration, outputs contents registration request data being inputted by the PCP to the server computer(400), and receives predetermined data from the server computer(400) for a registration of contents. The user computers(300) progresses a communication connection to the server computer(400) through the network communication network(100) in accordance with an operation of user, performs a log-in process and a new member registration, and receives evaluation data of other users with respect to a plurality of contents and a plurality of contents lists registered in a database from the server computer(400).
