PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moist-keeping agent that can be stored stably for a long period of time, even in the case where no preservative is employed. SOLUTION: The moist-keeping agent is prepared by dissolving 3 or more kinds of components selected from hydroxypropylchitosan or chitosan lactate, bamboo leaf extract, perilla extract, tea extract, eucalyptus extract, garlic extract and tea tree oil in water. In addition, naturally occurring moist-retaining factors, for example, sodium dl-pyrrolidone carboxylate or L-serine may be admixed thereto. |
