BACK SHEET FOR WATER ABSORBENT ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet for a water absorbent article which is improved in leakage preventing properties. SOLUTION: The back sheet for the water absorbent article is formed by laying at least two porous films to overlap each other. The porous film of each layer contains 25-60 wt.% of a polyolefin resin and 75-40 wt.% of an inorganic filler, and the average particle size of the filler is below 2.0μm. The bleeding start time of the porous film of each layer and the bleeding start time of the back sheet meet formula (1) of T>Σ(n=1-m)Tn (1) (Tn is the bleeding start time of the porous film of each layer; T is the bleeding start time of the back sheet; m is the number of the films laid to overlap each other and an integer of 2-5) and the bleeding start time of the back sheet is at least 20 min.
