PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the replenishing liquid replenishing method of a development processor which can grasp a forced replenishing situation and can suppress an adverse effect produced due to forced replenishment. SOLUTION: History information on the forced replenishment is stored in a storage means 104. Stored history information is properly called and confirmed. When abnormality occurs in a processing liquid state, stored history information is confirmed. Thus, it can easily be analyzed whether there is a problem in the processing process of the forced replenishment.
