PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a shift arm in common regardless of difference in the number of advance shifts to reduce a cost, and to prevent increase in weight according to change in the number of advance shifts, in a changing device for a manual transmission, in which an interlock plate, which has a pair of side plates into which a shift select shaft passes through at a position with an interval in an axial direction of the shift selecting shaft, is mounted to the shift selecting shaft movable in the axial direction depending on selecting operation and rotatable around an axis depending on shift operation, to prevent rotation of the interlock plate around the axis of the shift selecting shaft, and in which the shift arm disposed between the side plates is fixed to the shift selecting shaft. SOLUTION: The shift arm 90 and an interlocking member 91 interlocking with and coupled to the shift arm 90 are interposed between the side plates 86, 86b of the interlock plate 86.
