PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body, all the layers of which such as a paper, an adhesive layer and a biodegradable resin layer are biodegradable. SOLUTION: The biodegradable adhesive layer (12) including a biodegradable adhesive containing a biodegradable polylactic acid, which is made of a copolymer of a D-lactic acid and an L-lactic acid and represented by the general formula: X-CO(OCHCH3 CO)m -OH, is provided between the biodegradable resin layer (11) and the paper (13). Further, the molecular weight of the polylactic acid is set to be 10,000 to 150,000. As the biodegradable resin layer, an aliphatic polyester or an aliphatic aromatic polyester is employed.
