PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film production system and a projection part molding device capable of improving production efficiency by shortening the time for producing a film for a regenerator and reducing the production cost, stabilizing the quality of the produced film, miniaturizing the whole device, and reducing the noise and the vibration. SOLUTION: This film production system is provided with a molding roll part 5 having a pair of a molding roll and a molding receiver roll 12 with parallel rotary shafts and a drawing roll part 6 drawing a film 2 from the molding roll part 5. The molding roll 11 is provided with multiple projection parts and the molding receiver roll 12 is provided with multiple engagement groove parts to be engaged with the projection parts. This device is also provided with a shaping roll part 7 for shaping the projection parts molded by the molding roll part 5.
