<p>An interior rearview mirror 10 includes a stay 1 fastened on a ceiling in a vehicle, a mirror 2, a mirror housing 3, a bracket 4, and a lever that engages with the bracket 4 and tilts the mirror 2. At a lower end of the bracket 4 are alternately provided from side to side a first engageable projection having a projection at a front side, and a second engageable projection having a projection at a back side.
