PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase sealability and to improve responsiveness with respect to the abuttment on a rotor, by a thin plate machined to form a brush seal. SOLUTION: A plate blush part 2a is made of strips of the thin plate, and is opposed to a side of the rotor 60. The plate blush seal 2 is formed by overlapping plate blush seal single bodies 2P with each other to form a lamination layer in a pressure direction of fluid to be sealed, depending on pressure of the fluid to be sealed. |
