PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an assay base by using the adjusted mis-expression of human adenoma heteodisperse colon polyposis (APC) gene in Drosophila. SOLUTION: Transgenic Drosophila containing total length human colon cancer adenoma heteodisperse colon polyposis (APC) having a seris number 1 is provided, a chemical is screened, and the transgenic Drosophila as an assay base for verifying the effect is used.
