PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment for sensing mixture of impurities or occurrence of a side reaction on time in the very initial stage. SOLUTION: The equipment for measuring microvariation of a solution comprises a current/voltage measuring means having a plurality of electrodes of the same material touching a solution being measured, and measuring electrochemical current noise and electrochemical potential noise between respective electrodes; a data storage means for taking in measurement data of the electrochemical current noise and electrochemical potential noise measured by the current/voltage measuring means, and storing the measurement data in time series; and a microvariation judging means for taking out the measurement data of electrochemical current noise and electrochemical potential noise stored in the data storage means in time series, and judging microvariation in the components of the solution based on the measurement data of electrochemical current noise and electrochemical potential noise. |
