PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner for a pump hydraulic turbine capable of easily preventing resonance. SOLUTION: In the runner for the pump hydraulic turbine provided with a shroud plate 1b, a crown plate 1a, and a runner vane 1c put between the shroud plate 1b and the crown plate 1a and having a tip of the runner vane 1c in a diameter direction position inside of an outer circumference edge of the shroud plate 1b and the crown plate 1a, a chamfer part 3754/24}removal part) 20 is provided on radial outer circumference edge of at least either of the shroud plate 1b or the crown plate 1a between radial outer circumference edge surfaces 18a, 18b and axial outer side surfaces 19a, 19b.
