PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the common impedance caused by the structure of common electrodes and the inter-channel crosstalk due to the electromagnetic induction between signal wiring wires. SOLUTION: Power source wirings or grounding wirings of respective channels existing on a multi-channel mounting substrate on which a plurality of optical elements or array shaped optical elements are mounted are separated. Moreover, in order to suppress inter-channel crosstalk due to the electromagnetic induction between signal wirings, the interval between the signal wiring and the power source wiring or the grounding wiring of a self-channel is made to be equal to or smaller than the half of the mounting interval or the channel pitch of adjacent optical elements or the interval between the signal wiring and the power source wiring or the grounding wiring of the self-channel is made to be smaller than the interval between the power source wiring or the grounding wiring of the self-channel and the signal wiring of an adjacent channel or the interval between the adjacent power source wiring or the grounding wiring of the self-channel and the power source wiring or the grounding wiring of the adjacent channel.
