PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively determining capable of simply obtaining an amino group amount and a hydroxyl group amount of a polyoxypropleneamine, and to provide a method for quantitatively determining capable of obtaining an active hydrogen value and a total amine value from these determined values. SOLUTION: A method for analyzing the polyoxypropyleneamine comprises the steps of measuring<13> C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of the polyoxypropyleneamine, quantitatively determining an integrated intensity of a peak belonging to a carbon for forming an ether bond for constituting a polyoxypropylene chain, a carbon adjacent to the amino group and a carbon adjacent to the hydroxyl group, and obtaining the amino group amount and the hydroxyl group amount in the polyoxypropyleneamine.
