PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide a base plate of a rotary frame into three blocks of a center base plate and left and right side plates, thereby to make an assembling operation efficient and to reduce the weight as a whole. SOLUTION: The rotary frame 11 is constituted to have a three-block structure out of the center base plate 13 mounted on a lower-part running body by the medium of a rotary wheel 3 and having a width dimension W1 and the left side base plate 22 and the right side base plate 27 joined respectively to the opposite left and right sides of the center base plate 13 and having width dimensions W2 and W3 respectively. The side base plates 22 and 27 are formed by using a plate material thinner than the center base plate 13. On the center base plate 13, left and right front longitudinal plates 14 and 15 extending in the longitudinal direction and a rear longitudinal plate 18 forming a substantially-U-shaped box structure on the rear side of the front longitudinal plates 14 and 15 are provided. Fitting parts 19A and 19B for counterweights are formed on the rear end side of the rear longitudinal plate 18.
