PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid capable of removing stains such as tabaco tar and fat-and-oil instantaneously, needing no simultaneous use of another cleaning tool and needing no rinse after washing. SOLUTION: The cleaning liquid exhibits the maximum cleaning power at a dilution ratio of 0.5-1.0% with dechlorinated water. Preferable components of the cleaning liquid are a carbonate, a silicate, a metal chelating agent and a surfactant.
