PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane device for suspending a carrying container capable of preventing rotation of the main body of a hook and the carrying container when the carrying container is suspended. SOLUTION: A support wire 3 is attached to a crane boom 1 with a hoisting wire 4, and a movable block 5 with a hook part 2 is connected to the lower end of the support wire 3. A rotation stopper holding member 6 is integrally fixed in the horizontal direction on the upper end surface of the movable block 5, and a wire inserting ring 7 is attached to the top of the rotation stopper holding member 6. The hoisting wire 4 is inserted downward into the ring 7, and the lower end of the hoisting wire 4 is connected to an oscillating suspender rod 10 of a box-shaped container 9. Open/close gates 20 and 21, which are the bottom of the box-shaped container 9, can be opened by opening/closing wires 15 and 16.
