PURPOSE: An elastic member is provided to prevent crack or damage while moving or setting the core. CONSTITUTION: In a clamp device(30) to grip a core(10) firmly, an elastic member(36) for damping impact is installed between a connection portion(32) connected to a jig body and a core support(34) bearing the core. The elastic member is a plurality coil spring installed between the lower side of the connection portion and the upper side of the support. In an impact, the core vibrates for a while, then returns to its original position by the restoring force of the elastic member. The elastic member for damping impact absorbs impact or vibration while moving or stopping.
