PURPOSE: A potable thermo-electric generator is provided to improve the convenience of movement and carriage by minimizing the size and weight of a generator. CONSTITUTION: A heat-collecting unit(10) comprises an expanded opening unit(11) focusing a heat source and a heat wire for transferring high heat within the expanded opening unit(11). A converting unit(20) is provided with a thermo-electric module(21) converting the heat energy into the electric energy, an inserting groove(22) to which a jack or a plug for supplying the power is inserted, and a temperature detecting unit(23) detecting the temperature. A cooling unit(30) comprises a cooling water entrance and exit unit(31) for accommodating and exhausting a cooling water, a circuit(32) for circulating the cooling water, and a radiating unit(33) for radiating heat by air.
