摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing aggregates using byproducts generated when producing aggregate of broken stone is provided in which strength of aggregate is increased even when the use amount of cement is reduced so that manufacturing cost of ready mixed concrete is reduced. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing aggregate using byproducts generated when producing aggregate of broken stone comprises first step of supplying a certain amount of a mixed stone comprising clay of 40 mm or less generated from an aggregate pit to a fixed quantity supply hopper at a time; second step of cleanly washing the clay and foreign materials by injecting the mixed stone supplied through the first step into a rotary drum type washer fabricated in a cylindrical shape, and transporting the washed water to a wastewater treatment facility; third step of separating the washed aggregate obtained in the second step according to grain sizes, piling coarse aggregate of 40 to 25 mm at yard, transferring the dehydrated aggregate to the next process by dehydrating aggregate of 25 to 5 mm, and dehydrating the collected sand after injecting fine aggregate of 5 to 0.08 mm into a sand sorting screen so that sand having a size up to 0.08 mm is collected; and fourth step of separating fine and coarse aggregate per grain sizes using a grain size separating screen by roundly processing and improving grain shape of the aggregate after supplying the aggregate of 25 to 5 mm and fine aggregate of 5 to 0.08 mm dehydrated in the third step into a grain shape improving and segregation processing impact crusher.
