PURPOSE: A variable device of a headrest is provided to secure the visibility of rear passengers by appropriately controlling and folding the headrest with a gear in a supporting bar. CONSTITUTION: A moving device(20) is installed inside a seatback(10) to be moved frontward and backward by a power transferring device(40). A supporting bar(31) of a headrest(30) is connected with a gear shaft(21) of the moving device to be rotated frontward and backward. A locking bar(23) is formed in a gear(22) of the gear shaft. Thereby, the using convenience is improved by controlling and folding the headrest according to the user's liking, the physical condition and the seated posture.
