PURPOSE: A flush lever device of a toilet bowl is provided to change the rotary direction of a lever freely by users and to replace all working bar device of a toilet bowl easily. CONSTITUTION: In a toilet bowl containing a water tank, a flush valve installed in the water tank to take water from an outer water supply pipe, a siphon cover(40) coupled with the flush valve to operate a drainpipe, and a lever(20) installed to one side of the water tank to operate the siphon cover(40), the flush lever device of a toilet bowl is fixed to a water tank by a fixture and provided with an insert having a stopper(26) fixed selectively into space parts to rotate the lever(20) upward or downward, a nut, a packing, a projection(22) and space parts.
