PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter with heightened adhesibility of a resin light shielding film to a substrate, high reliability and high luminance and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The color filter is constructed by coating the substrate with a TiO2 film, disposing the resin light shielding film pattern on the TiO2 film and forming a coloring film on the nonadhesive surface of the resin light shielding film pattern. |
