PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw excellent in kneading performance. SOLUTION: In the screw having a supply section 7, a compression section 8, and a metering section 9 from a raw material supply side toward a downstream side, a reverse screw flight section 13 is formed upstream from the metering section 9. The reverse screw flight section 13 generates a back pressure opposing a propellent flow generated by normal screw flight ranging from the supply section 7 to the compression section 8 and promote melt-kneading to prevent the generation of gel. If a reverse screw flight section 14 is also formed downstream from the metering section 9, the kneading performance is further improved. |
