PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave absorbing partition device capable of firmly mounting a panel between a pair of struts, and having superior performance as a fire resisting material and good efficiency of absorbing electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic wave absorbing partition device 10, the panel 13 (14a) is mounted between a pair of struts 12. The panel 14 (14a) is formed by a fire resisting electromagnetic wave absorbing layer 24, a fire resisting skin material 26 covering at least the front 24a of the fire resisting electromagnetic wave absorbing layer 24, and a metal plate 28 covering the back 24a side and peripheral side of the fire resisting electromagnetic wave absorbing layer 24. The panel 14 (14a) is supported by the struts 12 through the metal plate 28.
