PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a part of a beam, in a structure for mounting a floor panel on a beam, and firmly mount the bracket of a floor panel allowed to abut on the side surface of the beam on the beam in a stable state. SOLUTION: In this structure for mounting and fixing the L-shaped bracket 4 of the floor panel 6 on the side surface of the wooden beam 1, a steel plate 3 is inserted in a slit 2 provided on the upper side of the beam 1, and a small screw 5 for mounting and fixing the L-shaped bracket 4 to the beam 1 is passed through the steel plate 3 within the slit 2.
