PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition good in dispersibility in water, and a water-based curable composition including the water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition, high in curability and giving cured product of good water resistance and appearance. SOLUTION: The water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition is obtained by blending (A) a polyisocyanate with (B) polyoxyalkylene compounds each having active hydrogen-containing group(s); wherein the component B is a combination of (B-1) a polyoxyalkylene compound having one active hydrogen- containing group with (B-2) a polyoxyalkylene compound having at least two active hydrogen-containing groups.
