PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling vehicle provided with a work bench capable of rising and lowering and a grip for ensuring worker's safety while preventing the extension of a vehicle width. SOLUTION: The grip 28 consists of a pair of side grip parts 28a arranged along the direction of height of a sublift and an upper grip part 28b arranged along an upper part of the sublift and connecting upper end parts of grip parts on both sides. The grip parts on both sides are fixed to the upper part of the sublift.
