PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spouting device which can be easily handled, and reliably adjust the pressure of gaseous carbon dioxide so as to be applied to the inside of a vessel. SOLUTION: This liquid spouting device comprises a spouting member having a spouting valve which is attachable/detachable to/from a mouth part of a liquid vessel to spout a liquid, a gas feed member which has a gas cylinder attachably/detachably fitted thereto and feeds/stops the gas filled in the gas cylinder, a gas feed port provided in the gas feed member, a reception part which is provided in the spouting member and fitted to the gas feed port to receive the gas from the gas feed port, a locking part formed on either the spouting member or the gas feed member, a fitting part which is formed on the other of either the spouting member or the gas feed member and engaged with the locking part. When the locking part is fitted to the fitting part, the reception part is also fitted to the gas feed port, and the gas cylinder of the gas feed member is inclined with respect to the surface orthogonal to the perpendicular.
