PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient lashing of freight on a floor face through a small amount of labor. SOLUTION: A recess part is formed in the floor face and at least one pair of belt casings for automatically unwinding and winding a belt body for use in the lashing is provided on a bottom face inside the recess part. A regulating guide roller for guiding the freely rotating belt body is provided on the portion of each belt casing above the recess part and a pressing movable roller which appropriately moves into and out of contact with each regulating guide roller is separately provided. During the lashing, the pressing movable roller is pressed into contact with the lower surface of a fixed guide roller to thereby fix the belt body in place under some tension.
