<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-feeder and an image forming device provided with the paper feeder capable of preferentially feeding lefs sheets even in the case where sheets are supplemented in the state that the sheets are remained. SOLUTION: When the sheets are stacked on a sheet stacking part 303 liftably provided on a sheet accommodation part 301 and are fed out, the sheet stacking part 303 is raised to a position where the sheets can be fed out and the sheets are fed out by a sheet feeding means 101. After the sheets are fed out, when the sheet stacking part 303 is descended from the position where the sheets can be fed out, the sheets at an upper part of the sheets stacked on the sheet stacking part 303 are separated by sheet retaining means 601, 602 to stay them below the sheet feeding means 101.</p> |
