PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently design a press mold and to facilitate the use of standard mold parts. SOLUTION: In a die set design process, a plate design process, a part design process, etc., the specifications of mold parts designed on the basis of inputted design parameters are compared with the prepared specifications of various standard mold parts. When the standard mold parts conforming to the designed mold parts or similar to the designed mold parts in terms of the specifications exist, the standard mold parts are replaced with the designed mold parts. When the standard mold parts conforming to the designed mold parts or similar to the designed mold parts in terms of the specifications do not exist, the designed mold parts are made specially ordered mold parts.
