PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creation apparatus with which a protein crystallization test can be made in a man power saving manner and with a high efficiency. SOLUTION: The creation apparatus is provided with a drop creation pallet 1 which has a plurality of solution pockets 4 and in which the upper opening of each solution pocket 4 can be airtightly sealed with an upper glass 9, a glass reversing and holding device 17 which holds the upper glass 9 horizontally and by which the surface and the rear surface of the upper glass 9 can be reversed and an end-effector fixation plate 23 which can be moved forward and backward, right and left and up and down in the upper part of the fixed pallet 1. The fixation plate 23 is provided with a medium-amount solution dispensing device 25, a trace-amount solution dispensing device 26, a glass loading and unloading device 27 and a grease coating device 28.
