PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably drive a compressor. SOLUTION: A battery 8 is connected to the DC inputting side of an inverter 6 through a battery discharging circuit B. A voltage detector 10 which detects the voltage drop of DC power supplied from at least one of a generator 2 and commercial power supply 3 is provided. The battery discharging circuit B is provided with a switch SW3 which electrically connects the battery 8 to the inverter 6 based on a detect signal from the voltage detector 10. The electric power supplied from the battery 8 and commercial power supply 3 is rectified by inputting the power to a rectifier 4 through switches SW1 and SW2, respectively.
