PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributing valve having a simple structure and capable of being easily miniaturized, and a greasing device using the same. SOLUTION: The distributing valve 22 comprises a block body 23, a main pipe line 24 formed inside the block body 23; branch pipe lines 25, 26 branched from the main pipe line 24; and screws 27, 28 for regulating distribution flow of grease introduced to the main pipe line 24, to branch pipe lines 25, 26. By regulating projecting amount of the branch pipe lines 25, 26 of the screws 27, 28, pipe line resistance is varied to regulate the distribution flow. The distributing valve 22 is used for the greasing device.
