PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability without causing the boss of a blower fan to make deformation in a short period even if the blower fan is rotated in a high speed in the high-temperature service conditions, reduce the maintenance cost, and allow the requisite wind quantity to be maintained with the high speed rotation. SOLUTION: The blower fan is composed of the boss 11 formed from an oxide-dispersed, reinforced type alloy containing 0.1-2 wt.% particulates of metal oxides having, a high melting point in a dispersed condition and a plurality of vanes 14, wherein the bass is formed in a solid columnar shape and furnished at the periphery with fitting grooves 15 at a constant spacing, and the vanes are fitted in the grooves tightly. A rotary shaft 4 made of heat resistant steel is attached by welding fast to one end of the boss 11, supported rotatably by bearings 5 and 6, and tied with a rotational driving source.
