PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily adjust a forward/backward shift of a clamping member in a single operation. SOLUTION: This leader supporting apparatus A is constituted of a clamping member 1 wrapping and holding a leader T and a mounting member 2 fixed to a wall and the like in a building, and the clamping member 1 can be regulated to be moved forward/backward. In the mounting member 2, a slide leg piece 3 extended to the clamping member 1 and a fixing piece 4 fixed to the wall and the like in the building are connected together via a butterfly spring 5 adjustably in a forward/backward shift. The butterfly spring 5 is constituted of a base plate part 51 fixed to either of the slide leg piece 3 or the fixing piece 4 and an operation piece part 52. In the operation piece part 52 extending from the side edge of the base plate part 51 and having a spring characteristic, a through-hole 53 is formed for passing the slide leg piece 3 or the fixing piece 4 through it.
