PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion monitoring sensor being used for estimating the corrosion rate in an environment where molten salt adheres in a boiler, a gas turbine, or the like. SOLUTION: The corrosion monitoring sensor comprises a tubular evaluation material/platinum electrode probe 10 having a hollow section serving as a cooling air passage, and a reference electrode probe 12. The evaluation material/ platinum electrode probe has an evaluation material ring 14 bonded, to the inner surface thereof, with an electrode lead wire 16 and a thermocouple 18. The ring is connected with a support pipe through ceramic rings 22 and 24 on the opposite sides wherein one ceramic ring is fixed with a platinum electrode 32 bonded with a platinum electrode lead wire. The reference electrode probe comprises a ceramic tube having sealed forward end and filled with electrolyte 36, and a lead wire inserted into the ceramic tube.
