PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require no monitoring whether or not a ship sheet is nipped and certainly nipped up the slip sheet only by a simple action by a time sequence when a removal of the slip sheet required accompanying with sheet feeding of a printing plate is carried out. SOLUTION: When the uppermost layer is the slip sheet, a descending of an slip sheet removing mechanism 46 is started. At the time of this descending, (1) a butting of a grip member 170 at a tip end of a liftable plate 158 to the slip sheet 44; (2) a relative movement of a support part 150 to an operation part 152; (3) a rotation of a lock lever 178; (4) a rotation of the other nipping member 164 making a shaft 166 as a center (approach to one nipping member 162) by a pressing plate 172; (5) loosening and nipping of the slip sheet 44 by the grip member 170; and (6) a retention by the lock lever 178 in the nipping state are continuously executed. Thereafter, a raising of the slip sheet removing mechanism 46 is started and a delivery of the slip sheet 44 to a pair of rollers 106 is executed.
