PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation damper to be comparatively high in vibration absorbing performance and capable of performing comparatively easy manufacture and assembly and to provide a vibration isolation support device using the damper. SOLUTION: In a vibration isolation damper located between a member 40 to be vibration-isolated and a support body 50 to support the member 40 to be vibration-isolated and suppressing vibration of the member 40 to be vibration-isolated, assembling ability is remarkably improved by providing with a damper body 20 formed of an elastic member; and a pair of fixing members 30 formed of a resin material and respectively joined with the two end faces of the damper body 20 and having respective lock parts 33 locked at the member 40 to be vibration-isolated or the support body 50 situated on the opposite side to the joining surfaces of the damper body 20.
