PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-fabrication apparatus which can precisely mold a three-dimensionally formed article by preventing the solation of a resin composition stuck on an elevator during molding, and can quickly recover the excess portion of the resin composition during molding to reuse it directly and has various other merits. SOLUTION: The photo-fabrication apparatus implements a photo-fabrication method by using a resin composition containing a quick reversible phase transition resin component and a photo-curable component and has a tank for storing the resin composition having a heating means, the vertically movable elevator, a resin supply part having a heating means, and a re-coater for applying the resin composition on the elevator. By placing a heat-insulating means between the elevator and the resin supply part, the solation of the resin composition stuck on the elevator during molding can be prevented properly.
