PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental cement composition having excellent disintegration resistance and excellent adhesiveness to biological hard tissues such as the dentinal enamel or dentin or prostheses manufactured from various kinds of materials. SOLUTION: This dental cement composition comprises (a) a polymerizable monomer having an acidic group, (b) a polyalkenoic acid, (c) an eluting glass filler, (d) a polymerizable monomer without the acidic group, (e) water, (f) a peroxide, (g) an aromatic sulfinate and (h) an aromatic secondary amine and/or an aromatic tertiary amine.
