摘要 <p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a method of increasing polypropylene biocompatibility by the formation of a structured layer based on native or modified collagen on the surface thereof in biological liquid and gel systems. The invention is characterized by making specific structured layers on propylene surface, which layers are fixedly bound to phase interface of polyolefin by chemical and physical bonds through the mediation of a reaction with active groups generated by the action of a low-temperature physical plasma of suitable composition on the polypropylene surface. Internal structure of the adhesion layer of a native or modified collagen ensures also a flexible response to changes of hydrodynamic conditions in the surroundings of so treated bodies, particularly to variations of hydrodynamic pressure, to thereby decreasing the risk of the system delamination optionally degradation thereof due to interfacial splitting or deformation.</p>
