PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting the flaw such as a crack or the like of a concrete structure by scanning the concrete structure from the surface thereof in a non-contact state to three-dimensionally pick up the image thereof in a form accompanying depth data, and an inspection device therefor. SOLUTION: The detection part 12 of an image sensor 4 and the antenna (not shown in a drawing) of radio wave type radar 3 are scanned along the same route as the surface 10 of the concrete structure 9, so as to leave a predetermined interval between the detection part 12 and the antenna. The detection data of the image sensor 4 and the receiving data of the radar 3 are united to form three-dimensional image 19 (Fig. 4) which is, in turn, displayed on a display device 8.
