PUMP AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump which can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: This pump includes a pump chamber 1 and the suction side and the discharge side flow passages 2, 3 communicating to the pump chamber 1 and is provided with a check valve mechanism between the flow passages 2, 3 of the pump chamber 1. A check valve unit 8 unitizing a check valve film 5 formed with a thin film with a check valve function and a check valve casing 7 including a pipeline 6 opened and closed by pressure difference due to the check valve film 5. The check valve unit 8 is fixed between the flow passages 2, 3 and the pump chamber 1.
