PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition having excellent water-resistance and extreme-pressure lubricity. SOLUTION: The grease composition contains at least one kind of base oil selected from mineral oil lubricating base oil and synthetic lubricating base oil, 0.1-40 mass% one or more thickeners selected from calcium or lithium soap-based thickener, composite lithium soap-based thickener and urea-based thickener and 0.1-30 wt.% ultrafine calcium carbonate powder having an average particle diameter of 0.01-0.5μm.
