PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel excellent in heat insulating property. SOLUTION: In this interior panel for forming the interior of a building, a reference interior panel 31 comprises a sheet-like interior bed material 32 the surface of which is subjected to interior finishing, a metallic core material 36 provided on the reverse side of the interior bed material 32, a main heat insulating material 34 for covering the whole surface of the reverse side of the interior bed material 32 except the part provided with the core material 36, and a sub-heat insulating material 35 provided continuously to the sub heat insulating material 35 to cover the opposite surface to the interior bed material 32-side surface of the core material 36.
