PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SO3 concentration measuring apparatus in which soot particles are removed with satisfactory efficiency and with which a stable and continuous measurement can be performed for many hours. SOLUTION: The SO3 concentration measuring apparatus is constituted in such a way that, in a sampling pipeline system 20 which introduces an exhaust gas to a cell 10, from a flue 2, a blower 23, a centrifugal dust collector 24 and a permeation purifying device 25 are interposed and installed at a supply bypass pipeline 22 which is laid by connecting a probe 21 arranged and installed so as to protrude into the flue 2 to the flue 2 on the downstream side from the arrangement and installation position of the probe 21, that the device 25 and the cell 10 are connected by a supply pipeline 26 and that the cell 10 and the gas duct 2 are connected by a discharge pipeline 28 in which a pump 27 is interposed and installed in the halfway part.
