PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riveting device in which a chip generated when the holes are bored on a plurality of members by a drill can be sucked at a chip- generated region by providing a chip suction means. SOLUTION: A plurality of members 11 and 12 are pressed by the upper and lower pressing members in a vertical direction, and the holes are bored on the prescribed positions of the members 11 and 12 by a drill 3 which rotates while descending the inside of an upper foot bush 1. The rivets are inserted into the bored holes and are hammered by the anvils arranged above and below to perform the riveting of the plurality of members 11 and 12. In this case, the upper foot bush 1 is formed in the form of a box having an opening 14 at one place of its lower part, and the periphery of the drill 3 is covered by the side wall of the box. Further, there is provided a chip suction means for sucking the chip generated when the holes are bored on the members by the drill 3 by connecting a dust collector which sucks air through a suction hose 6 connected to the upper part of the foot bush 1.
